About the event
Come learn about local plants and animals at one of the most beautiful trails a short drive from the city. We will hike down to a canyon stream that blends chaparral and riparian ecosystems. We will learn about native plants, reptiles, birds, and amphibians.
We will spend time by the stream that forms small pools and waterfalls.
Our early start is to help us beat the heat and the crowds, but remember to bring sun protection and lots of water!
Cost is $30. This price includes the cost for parking. To park at Chantry Flats, each car must have a daily or annual parking pass. To make things simple, I will purchase parking passes in advance for each car. Please, let me know if you already have an adventure pass or a America the Beautiful Pass.
